SAIREM

Kerres USA proudly partners with SAIREM to bring advanced microwave and radio frequency (RF) processing technology to the U.S. food industry.

SAIREM systems use controlled electromagnetic energy to heat products volumetrically—delivering fast, uniform, and highly controlled processing. This technology helps processors reduce processing time, improve production efficiency, minimize product losses, and maintain consistent product quality.

  • Cooking & Heating

  • Drying

  • Decontamination

  • Batch & Continuous Processing Solutions

  • Integrated Microwave & RF Processing Systems

TEMPERING & DEFROSTING

SAIREM microwave and radio frequency systems can rapidly and uniformly temper frozen raw materials, helping processors move product from frozen storage to production in a fraction of the time required by conventional methods.

By heating throughout the product rather than relying solely on heat transfer from the surface inward, processors can improve production flexibility, reduce thawing time, limit purge and product loss, and achieve more consistent downstream processing.

INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY BUILT AROUND THE PROCESS

SAIREM offers both batch and continuous processing solutions that can be configured around the product, required throughput, target temperature, and production environment.

Combined with Kerres USA's processing expertise and equipment portfolio, SAIREM technology provides another critical piece of the complete production process—from raw material preparation through finished product.
